Our community at Surya is made up of students who want to have less stress, sleep better at night, and wake-up to new opportunities filled with positive experiences.  Our classes can help you accomplish this and more.  Our beginner classes will teach new Yogis how to align their bodies and let go of stress and anxiety in the relaxation segment offered at the end of every class.  Our Candlelight Yoga on Wednesday nights is a wonderful complement to our more vigorous Yoga classes and brings balance to your life.  All of our classes are taught by instructors who have graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training Program and have their RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification.

Yoga can complement or supplement any activity or exercise you currently do.  Much of the work, play, and exercise we do everyday leaves our muscles tight, our joints stiff, and our minds stressed.  We invite you to take part in a practice that can assist in the reversal of these ailments and reignite the joy in your heart.
