Our community at Surya is made up of students who want to10for10Starbursthave less stress, sleep better at night, and wake-up to new opportunities filled with positive experiences. Our classes can help you accomplish this and more. Our beginner classes will teach new Yogis how to align their bodies and let go of stress and anxiety in the relaxation segment offered at the end of every class. Our Candlelight Yoga on Wednesday nights is a wonderful complement to our more vigorous Yoga classes and brings balance to your life. Our Divine Yoga classes are taught with the influences of John Friend's Anusara® Yoga, guaranteed to align your mind and body. All of our classes are taught by instructors who have graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training Program and have their RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification.  Read more...

Our studio is conveniently located near these areas in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex: Coppell, Dallas, Lewisville, Irving, Flower Mound, Carrollton, and Grapevine.  We offer Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, a variety of Yoga Workshops, and 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING for those with teaching aspirations.
